CREATENT / SERVICE TERMS

Clear expectations. Better work.

Last updated October 5, 2026. These terms describe Creatent’s current request-based service.

1. Our service

Creatent is a workspace for requesting social-account setup and content-posting services, submitting briefs, reviewing progress, and contacting support. Requests are reviewed by the owner and may be assigned to workers. Creatent is independent of TikTok, Instagram, Apple, and Google.

2. Your account and permissions

Use accurate contact details, keep your login secure, and only request work for brands, content, and accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Do not share account passwords or verification codes through briefs or support. Account setup remains subject to platform eligibility and rules; location labels do not guarantee monetization eligibility or platform approval.

3. Requests, estimates, and payment

Submitting a request saves an estimate; it is not payment or a guarantee that work has been accepted. Current prices and plan descriptions are draft offers. Live checkout, paid credits, and automatic subscriptions are not active. Any paid service must have its price, scope, payment method, and applicable cancellation terms confirmed before payment. Credits shown in estimates are service-pricing units, not cash or withdrawable earnings.

4. Briefs and delivery

Supply accessible content links and complete, accurate instructions. You retain ownership of your content and permit Creatent and assigned workers to use it only as needed to complete your requested service. Preferred posting dates are requests until confirmed. Incomplete briefs, platform checks, and unavailable account access can delay work. Deliveries and available proof links appear in your workspace.

5. Changes, cancellations, and problems

Edit a brief while its request is Received. For changes after work begins, cancellation, a missing delivery, or a payment dispute, send a support request with the request ID. The owner reviews the agreed scope, work already completed, and any payment agreement before confirming the next step. Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel work or issue a refund. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.

6. Acceptable use

Do not request impersonation, stolen content, spam, fraud, unauthorized access, misleading identity or location claims, or work that violates a platform’s rules. Creatent may decline or pause such requests. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for submitted media and instructions.

7. Results and third-party platforms

Creatent does not guarantee views, followers, sales, revenue, verification, monetization, permanent account availability, or approval by a social platform. Platforms control their own policies and account decisions. The site does not currently create or publish social accounts automatically.

8. Support and service updates

Support is handled through private workspace tickets, with replies displayed in your account. There is no guaranteed response time or email notification service. We may update these terms as features change and will display the revised date here. Confirm any new commercial terms before purchasing a service.
